At tealBlue.co.nz we want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our apparel we do not permit returns, nor are we required to provide a refund, if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

Underwear may not be exchanged, returned or refunded except in the following cases:

• Manufacturing or fabric defects - All our garments are quality control checked before leaving the factory. We are committed to providing our customers with quality product and services. However, if you should receive an item deemed to be faulty by a fabric or manufacturing flaw we will either exchange, or refund your unworn purchase by crediting the account or credit card you used for your original purchase, including the return shipping cost.

• Incorrect item – If for some reason you have received an incorrect item we will exchange unworn merchandise with original packaging and tags still intact and refund your return shipping cost.

• Incorrect size – Please ensure you order the correct size and take note of our sizing guideline. If you order the incorrect size return the unworn item for exchange or credit in its original sealed packaging at your cost. Before returning merchandise please contact us to discuss the details using the Contact form. We will not be liable for returns lost in transit. Return shipping will be charged at our normal rate.

These items must be returned within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase.

All clearance items are final sale and are not returnable.
