Transaction Currency
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 12.5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and are exclusive of courier and postal charges. Overseas orders do not incur GST. Credit card charges will be made in New Zealand dollars and converted into your local currency by your card provider.
Payment methods
Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. You may also send a cheque or pay by direct credit. Orders will be processed when full payment has been received. Please notify us if you prefer the direct credit option so that we can forward our bank account details.
Security
Our payment system provides security for credit card transactions. We are fully committed to protect the privacy of our customers. Under no circumstances will customer information be passed or sold to third-party persons or organizations for marketing purposes.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order to the courier within 5 working days of receiving payment. Please email us if you require the underwear more quickly. In the event of an item being out of stock please allow up to 28 days delivery.
Confirmation of your order, tracking details, and the expected delivery time will be advised by email.
Orders in New Zealand are shipped to physical addresses by courier targeted 'over night'.
For rural areas allow 2-3 working days. International orders are sent via Airmail targeted 3-10 working days. tealBlue is not responsible for paying any import duties or taxes you may be charged.
Because we do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the target delivery times.
